Availability of new Manual and new A5 colour page.

The Data Analysis course has been extended and modified to include objects as well as entities. It is now called the Business Modelling course. The manual has been considerably enlarged (from 47 pages to 154 pages) and now contains all the discussion of the lectures. It is available to those who have attended the course. The price would be cost plus a small mark-up to cover admin costs. I recommend this for all past delegates.

The A5 `colour summary page' used to check an Entity Model has recently changed to include certain Boyce-Codd situations. You might like a copy (at cost price) of the new version.

We will also announce new courses when they become available.

If by any chance you have a scanned photo of yourself, we would enjoy being able to add it to our photo gallery in the customer database. You could attach it to your e-mail.

You are welcome to notify us of any difficult problems you have encountered while using the techniques of the course. They may relate to the technical aspects or to the group dynamics/psychological aspects. Diagrams could be attached to the e-mail. With your permission, these may sometimes be included in a newsletter to appear on this site, and so could stimulate responses from others with solutions or similar problems.

Please do not expect an immediate response. This may have to wait until after a course, or until after a consulting deadline has been met.
